@Steven, Thanks and yes he did find out just when he needed it. I also told him if you wants the mod to last he still has to connect it every month or two for a week to keep the battery topped off and working.

That was pretty smart of you to mod out the Costco version. Sounds like your friend discovered the battery didn’t work at a time when he at least needed it … that would have been a real drag.

This weblog seems to recieve a large ammount of visitors. How do you promote it? It offers a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to say is the most important factor.
